Homemade Mocha
Here is my recipe for a homemade mocha.
6 ounces French roast made in the moka pot, 1 tspn fresh ground French roast per ounce of water
4 ounces frothed milk, I use skim
1 tspn sugar
1 tspn pure cocoa
It's simple, not too sweet, and fills a mug right up to the top with froth.

Starbucks French roast k cup
Is using a keurig machine sacrilege to the coffee enthusiast? I tried googling that but could not come up with anything concrete.
The Starbucks French roast is the coffee I base all other good coffees on. And here it is in k cup form tasting delicious. Smokey, chocolate, a hint of sweetness. Other coffees can get drowned out with too much water in the keurig but I find French roast holds up great with the 10 ounce selection.

Lacas Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
Brew method: Moka pot
Grind: Medium to coarse
Coffee to water: 1 tspn per ounce
The label on the package says it all. Bright, floral, and fruity. A medium roast so you have to be careful not to boil it in the moka pot. Refreshing and delicious.
